Do you offer discounts for churches and non-profits?

 

You bet! Normally, If I am providing a service for a Church or Charity, I leave it up to the customer to set the rate. Once we reach an agreement, I create the quote/estimate based on that rate.

Do you offer referral discounts?

 

Yes. A referral will earn you 1 hour off your next invoice (of 2 hours or more) and the new customer that you refer will recieve their second hour free.

How much do you charge?

 

My normal hourly rate is $50, with a one hour minimum. In some cases I will quote a price for an entire project.

Where are you located?

 

I work out of my home in North Canton, Ohio. I will travel a reasonable distance to your location, depending on the particular task at hand. (ie- If you only want me to help you remove a virus or some other quick task, I probably won't drive an hour for that. But... If you have a significant project to complete, I have traveled farther)
