My normal hourly rate is $50, with a one hour minimum. In some cases I will quote a price for an entire project.

Some customers prefer a support contract. This is a set fee for continual service. This is useful for small businesses and organizations that do not want full-time IT staff, but still want someone to manage their networks and handle upgrades and troubleshooting. The terms of the contract may vary, depending on the specific situation.
